In my case I am running WIN2K3 (SP2).
It has been happening ever since the update came out — other newer o nes have gone in, but this one remains.
As above there have been many reboots done in the mean time — no effect on this install.

I shut down and restart, but the installation failed and I keep getting the restart notices.
