Make sure your running the latest firmware on your motherboard. I had that issue until I flashed it.

This update in conjunction with KB982110 crashed my OS on 64bit 2008 r2. Could not login and then could not restart with bios missing message.

For hibernation it had no chance to wake up keep ignorance after the power on.
