					<description><![CDATA[KB981332 and KB980232 stubbornly refuse to install. Have already spent 2 days and close to 6 hours, with Microsoft Tech Support. I was escalated to higher level tech for the 2nd day, and he finally gave up and said he would have to do more research and will call back this morning. We have disabled AV and Firewall, reset updates, run several fixes, and they are stumped. Anyone out there had this problem and found a cure?]]></description>
