After deleting the dlls:  Msxml3.dll  Msxml3r.dll  Msxml6.dll  Msxml6r.dll  computer   again started to be move like a rocket, otherwise wouldnt work at all.  (not responsive).
Retest this patch  and correct it.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS (KB973687)  PATCH if you do not want to have problems with  WiFi  and very slow PC!\
